The <TITLE> tags contain the word, phrase, or description that will appear in the colored comment bar at the very top of your browser. Whatever is between the <TITLE> tags never shows up on the actual webpages themselves. I like to use this area to give a very brief description of what each page is about. If you look up to the top of your browser while you're viewing this page, you should see that it says "Suzanne's Heartland Angels help pages - <TITLE> tags". You can be a little bit creative with this, if you like. I've seen people put some rather humorous things up there, and I've also seen people that just put the URL of the page there. I am much more inclined to like either the description or something funny, than just the URL of the page. :-)
