This page will show (hopefully) all the aunts and uncles related to the Hamill family by either marriage or blood when I manage to get the pictures scanned. There will be pictures of the Hamill, Wint, Faust, Morgan, and Warner families on it. My mother and father will also be in this group, but separately because they were divorced years ago and I do not have a picture of them together. I should imagine that my mother did not keep any intact.
- L-R: Ellen, Grandpa, Isabella, Bob in the back. This is about the last picture I have of my grandpa; and unless the box in the attic has more, it is also the only picture I have of Uncle Bob.
- Aunt Marne who married Uncle Dave and moved to Windber, PA. Read about her mystery here.
- Uncle Davey was dropped as a baby, he said, and this caused him to have a deformed back. According to family tales, he had to work for years to win Aunt Marne's hand. He was a sweet, helpful man and very nice to us kids. He treated my sister, Pat, like his own daughter.
- Aunt Marie was nicknamed 'Cabby' by her brother, Bob, in one of his strange but funny moods and the nickname stuck. We all called her Aunt Cabby. To read how she saved my sanity, go here.
- So far, this is the only picture I have available of Uncle Pat; he is on the far right and his little boy, Dicky stands before me on the far left. We are L-R: Me, Richard Hamill, Charles Era (my boyfriend of the month), Ellen Wint, Sam Wint, Leo Wint and John Patrick Hamill. To find out how Uncle Pat got his name, click here.
- Good! Here is a press release of Uncle Pat when he was starring at the New York Civic Opera Company in NY and at various nightclubs in FL.
- This is John P. Hamill and his wife, Margaret when they were in Italy abt. 1953, on their honeymoon.
