"Name That Mascot!" Entry Form

A new contest for naming a mascot of the SJHS AA is on! If you qualify, you could win a U.S. Savings bond! Please fill out the form below to play "Name that Mascot". By providing the information below, not only do you enter the contest, but you also become a new, welcomed member of the St. Joe Alumni Association. All infomation provided to SJHS AA will stay with SJHS AA. It will not be sold or used for any other purpose but to contact you or to carry out official SJHS AA business. Remember: Only alumni of St. Joseph's High of Ogden, Utah are eligible. Leave a way for us to get in touch with you. You can't win if we can't tell you that you have won.
