I managed to keep the secret ingredient a secret fer quite awhile. Then Ol' Rog let the skunk outta the bag.



Ya needs good ingredients fer makin sausage. This is me an my buddy Wolf with some very fresh ingredients.



More fresh ingredients. Deers ain't much good fer eatin til ya makes em into sausages.



The neighbor lady thinks I'm a barbarian. I think her feelins was hurt when she found out where food comes from.



This is my USDA approved sausage kitchen. Fancy ain't it?

The old 'frigerator smoker only lasted 10 years. The new one is all stainless steel.
