Wow, where has the time gone? I guess it is time for me to update. This will just be a quickie this evening. I have been maintaining my weight of 120 pounds for the last three weeks or so. That is good. I did actually see the scale say 117 pounds last Saturday but then I sort of blew it and they came back. That is ok though. I am keeping a close eye on my weight and if it starts creeping back up, I will work at losing it again. I am trying to start riding my Nordic Track on a regular basis. I need to get that good arobic exercise in. I have also been working hard at work this week. So, hopefully that will help a little bit. Anyway, I am really sorry for not keeping this updated as good as I used to. I will work on that a little more now. It has just been a hectic last couple of months! Have a good night everyone!
