Customer Priority Service

Customer Priority Service (CPS) membership is a priority service program we offer to all our valued dealers. This program provides faster service & delivery, compared to normal a service time. Dealers who would like to join are required to keep a prepaid amount with us to ensure smooth service, repair or accessories purchase transaction. On top of that, there are other benefits of being a CPS members.

 

Benefits

1. Priority Service will be given first when you send your items for repair.

2. You will enjoy Faster Service and Delivery compared to normal service and that means less waiting time for you and you customers.

3. We will courier back your items once it is repaired and the charges will be borne by Marco amount.

4. Upon joining our CPS membership, you will enjoy an extra 25% bonus added to your prepaid amount.

5. Low minimum Prepaid amount is at  a) RM300  b) RM400  c) RM500

6. You can also increase your Prepaid amount to more than RM500 and enjoy the 25% bonus given to you.

7. When you apply for the CPS membership, we will provide you with the following items:
    - CPS Member Application Form
    - Agreement Letter on Terms & Conditions
    - Letter of Approval
    - CPS Repair Form
    - CPS Stamp with serial number

 

Comparison between CPS members and Non-CPS members

CPS Members
  1. Service & Delivery will be on First Priority.
  2. No delivery charges for non-warranty repaired items.
  3. Additional 25% discount for repair or purchase of accessories.

 

Non-CPS members
  1. Service will be on queue.
  2. Non-warranty repaired items will be charged RM2 for delivery back.
  3. Additional 20% discount for repair or purchase of accesories.
