This month has been rather nasty as for weather.  I was hoping for more warm days, so that I could keep the truck turned off at night.  But it has been too cold for that.  So I am not going to get a fuel bonus this month.  I'm hoping that next month is much better as for weather.

I drove 3 years in the Army over in Germany and I have driven 5 1/2 years here in the states after getting out of the Army.  I've had a few accidents, but I have never had a tire blow out or catch fire.  It is so simple to check a tire and make sure that the brakes are not sticking.  Yet each week, I see a truck on the side of the road with either a blow out or a burn out.  Today I saw 2 different trucks that had had burn outs.  One tire burned out so bad that it also burned a hole on the side of the trailer.
