Book Review
The Arborists’ Certification Study Guide by Sharon Lily is a valuable resource as a person studies for the ISA Certified Arborist Exam and as a quick reference later. The guide covers the topics of the exam as a combination of text and graphics. The guide does not pretend to be the only source of material for study, but forms the basis for all study towards the certification exam. The study guide is available in English, Spanish, and an audio CD in English is also available.

People in suburbia see trees differently than foresters do. They cherish every one. It is useless to speak of the probability that a certain tree will die when the tree is in someone's backyard …
You are talking about a personal asset, a friend, a monument, not about board feet of lumber.
