Welcome to my poetry and aspirations page. On the page I will be posting examples of my work all of which is original and copyrighted. I hope you enjoy them and please feel free to comment on them. I would love to hear what others think of my poems. I have been writing since I was about 12 years old. I discovered then that I could better deal with circumstances that upset me through expressing my feelings in writing. I guess you could say that my poetry is a tool that I used in order to cope with life. It has always been a dream of mine to put all my poems together in a book and have that book published. My poetry is an autobiography of sorts.

Another dream of mine is to open my own youth facility for teen girls. I know through life experience a lot of trials and storms and I want to share that knowledge and my triumphs in hopes of giving hope and encouragement to young women. This would be my opportunity to make a difference in the world.
