Hi James I also am descended from John Marsh of Boston, through Hartshorn Marsh. I really think that the Keziah Marsh, daughter of Joseph that married James Marsh, married her own first cousin James son of John. There were no more children after 1854, so James m y have died between 1854 and 1856, and then in 1857 she remarried Richard Humes. This won't be the first cousins I have found getting married. What do you think?????? Alice

Hi Jim, Our Maricous Eaton BURRILL was born 1807 and died Feb 2,1865. He was 53 in the 1860 census. He was a cotton manufacturer in Utica, died from pneumonia and is buried in Forest Hill Cemetery, Utica, NY. Marcious died in Clinton, NY. Joanna remarried Wadsor Scoville (1872-1882), Camden, NY. Joanna lived with son James D. in Oneida, NY in 1889.
