Our family recently built a new home East of Seattle by about 16 miles in the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range. The city is Sammamish and it is beautiful.
Our son Ian has just completed the first grade. I must brag that he is reading at a 6th grade level. I still don't think I'm reading at a 6th grade level. Our daughter, Anna Marie, is now 2 1/2 and keeps us very, very busy. She is starting preschool in September.
My husband, Scott, of 9 years now, is a Senior Sales Representative with The Guardian and I am working part-time as a consultant for a small regional venture capitalist. I've been there for almost 3 years now and love it.
We spend our time with the kids and our son is involved in just about any sport you could imagine, but excels in basketball, baseball and golf. Our daughter loves anything and everything to do with music.
