Kathy McVeigh-Cox

Brief Summary:
1982-1989 - Life was a blur. Very little sense of responsibility.
1989 - Foolishly married.
1990 - My son, Jesse, was born. Like so many people, I could brag all day on him.
1993 - Divorced the jerk- finally grew up
1996 - Married my soul-mate, Jim Cox.

Since then, we bought a house in a little town named Rose Hill, KS (just outside of Wichita). My Husband works at Boeing. I work in Home Health. Jim's oldest daughter, Jennifer, is 20 and attends Cowley County Junior College where she dances on the Tigerettes dance line. Rebecca is 16 and is a junior at Rose Hill HS.

Jesse is in 6th grade, plays soccer, smarter than I am, and othewise a pretty normal kid. I think he's 12 going on 18!! I believe he hit "Teenagedom" too soon.

I have to wash that gray right outta my hair!! Life is very good for me, but I guess boring compared to some of the bio's I've read. I'm happy being a wife and mother.

I come back to Illinois a couple of times a year, but I barely have time to visit with my family there. My dad still lives in Lacon and my sister, Cheri, lives in Sparland. My Brother, Kevin, lives out her in Wichita and so does my mom.

So now we live the All-American life....day to day. My hobbies and interests have changed a lot over the years....from partying (which lasted too long, I think) to scrapbooking and home repair (seems to be more need than want!!)

My Husband is the real adventurer. He likes to drag his family to 14,000 foot mountain summits and for our honeymoon we went camping in Colorado. So, most of our vacations are to places where we can hike and backpack. He has a goal to summit all the Colorado 14ers, so we go there a lot.

I know Mischa Brauer lives in Colorado, I just don't know where. Kelly Jo Smith just got remarried a year ago and has her own law firm in Tampa, I think.
