I have forwarded your comments to the product manager for brake cables and our product reliability department. Please accept our apology for the difficulty you have experienced. Our policy is to replace the part rather than issue a refund but in this case we are going to make an exception. A check in the amount of $##.## is enclosed. I feel that the difficulty you encountered with this brake cable does not represent the high quality of our Raybestos brake products.
