   4. The webring's HTML code needs to be on your site within 2 weeks after you are added to the queue. If the ring is not on your main page, you will need a link to it called "Rings" or "Webrings." A webring page is okay, provided there is not an overabundance of rings which makes the page to load too slowly.

   5. You may alter the HTML code WITHIN REASON and subject to approval before you are added to the ring.

   6. To be eligible to remain in this webring you must maintain a valid e-mail address. If you change your e-mail address, you must edit your site info to record the new address or else notify the ringmaster. If webring related mail is returned, you are subject to removal from the ring without notice (unless you have a valid URL with a guestbook, there is no way to notify you).

   7. Finally, you MUST give a name so I know who you are (first name only is okay). Please do not list the name of your site as your name.
