When I asked them when they are going to tile the roof, they told me they are not going to! Boy was I upset. Once again the misunderstanding was due to terminology. They do not put tiles on the roof (at least not most of them - maybe in Phoenix but not here), they put slate on which is also once again a product designed specifically to control energy, heat and cold. It looks exactly like tiles from afar, but once you get closer you can see and feel a distinct differece.
