This Seminar on Spiritual Warfare, Friday, 10/18/02, through Sunday 10/20/02, is to be held at the Hilton Hotel in Cherry Hill, NJ. This is the same location where the 2002 RETREAT CONFERENCE and 3 DAY EXTENSION on INNER HEALING was held. Father John Hampsch was so pleased with the response from this area that he offerred his only remaining weekend to return here for this seminar.
There is a map in the Seminar on Spiritual Warfare flyer to show the location of the Hilton Hotel in Cherry Hill. The hotel will provide a separate reservation form which will be made available to all who sign up with the PFMC.
The location will be the Grand Ballroom of the Hilton Hotel, NJ 70 and Cuthbert Boulevard, Cherry Hill, NJ. The hotel is a prominent high rise landmark between NJ 70 and the Cooper River within sight of downtown Philadelphia. It can be reached by public transportation either bus or train.
The Hilton Hotel room reservations, $92 per night for 1 to 4 persons in a room with two double bed or 1 king sized bed with roll-away cots, are being handled via 1-800-HILTONS or 856-866-6666 with the addition of a signed hard copy reservation form and one night paid in advance. Cancellation prior to 72 hour from the time of the reservation will received a full refund. This has become necessary because over 300 rooms were booked for Saturday, March 9, 2002, and only 245 room reservations were honored. This forced both the hotel and the PFMC staff to deal with room reservations in other facilities. There are more than 200 non-smoking rooms in the hotel which may be requested but not guaranteed. Please request your Hilton Hotel reservation form well in advance and consider what your needs are prior to signing this form.
Arrangements have been made with the Holiday Inn, NJ 70 and Sayer Avenue, Cherry Hill, NJ, to match or beat the advertized room rates. The Holiday Inn room reservations are being handled via 856-663-5300. This location is across from the Garden State Race Track between NJ 38 and Interstate 295 (I-295) Exit 34.
Please make room and seminar reservations as far in advance as possible. Room reservations are made with the hotels and conference registration is made with the PFMC. The requested donation for the seminar is $115 per person which includes two hot lunches on Saturday and Sunday. After Friday, 10/4/02, the requested donation rises to $125 to cover the stress on our volunteers who must deal with the last minute reservations. There will be a $25 cancellation fee.
The Hilton Hotel or the Holiday Inn may be reached using New Jersey Transit (NJT) 406 bus which runs along Old Marlton Pike (NJ 70) or the NJT train from Philadelphia to Atlantic City or vice versa which stops at the Cherry Hill Train Station.
The NJT train to / from Atlantic City runs from / to the Amtrak 30th Street Train Station and stops at the Cherry Hill Train Station. This station is behind a new shopping center, The Pavillions at Cherry Hill, which contains a Home Depot on the former grounds of the Cherry Hill Race Track opposite both hotels. Taxis and shuttle vans run from the station to the hotels.
The NJT #406 bus runs from the downtown Philadelphia bus station across the Ben Franklin Bridge and east on NJ 70 or Old Marlton Pike and stops at both hotels. This route has regular service to Marlton, NJ with extensions to Berlin, NJ, Medford, NJ and Mount Laurel, NJ. Call for a copy of the map and schedule if bus transportation fits your needs.
