Cause of death listed as Small Cell Carcinoma of the Lung. Herdaughter, Robyn R. Brooks silently disputed this due to the fact thatprior to her mothers hospitalization on Sunday, July 6th, sheexhibited distinct convulsive activity. Robyn, in effect, believesthat the convusions were attributed to a stroke rather than thecancer. Since and autopsy was never performed, and since Robyn was notof the medical profession, she didn't actively pursue changing thecause of death.
Her mom died quietly at Floyd Memorial Hospital & Health Services,1850 State Street, New Albany, IN 47150 (812) 944-7701 in the presenceof her son-in-law, Robert Williams and her daughter, Robyn Brooks. Shewas under heavy sedation prior to her passing in order to control herconvulsive activity. She wished that no attempts be made toresusitate her or any measures be taken that would make her dependenton any devices that would otherwise prolong her life.
Entombed at Kraft Graceland Memorial Park at 2773 Charlestown Road.
