These are just a few examples of some orginal artwork that I have done. My primary work in pen and ink. I also do some work in colored pencil. These illustrations were made for the Eaton Canyon Natural Center in Pasadena California. There were over 50 different drawings made for children's guides covering insects, animal life of the canyon, plants and birds. Natural life in the chapparel of California is fascinating. The wet season is very short and the dry season very long. The plants in this area are often grayish and almost fuzzy as it is a way to gather moisture from the atmosphere and the dew.
