OPEN ROAD MORGAN HORSE FARM

Quality Old Type Morgan Horses

Hello and Welcome to Open Road Morgan Farm's Home Page.

We are Rob & Gail Robertson of Bellville, Texas. We are breeding Morgans of ancient type. Our Morgans are primarily Lippitts of the Moro Hill line. We also have Allen's Major in Open Road Carrie Moro added back through her sire, Winloc Major Gifford. At Open Road Morgans, we strive to breed correct, typey Morgans with the legendary Morgan temperament and versatility. We carefully breed and raise Morgans that are a pleasure to own.

Click here is you would like the definition of a Lippitt and a brief history of the line.

What is a Lippitt?

If you would like further information on Lippitts, please visit the Lippitt Club website linked below. Also listed below are many Lippitt and classic Morgan breeders' sites.
