If you've been here before, you'll note that the picture of me and my guy, Moe, has been removed. Sadly, Moe met his death in our back yard at the jaws of what we think was a coyote. We mourn his passing and miss him greatly. But we know he went down with a fight, and that's the only way he would have wanted it. He had 15 good years with us. We'll miss you, Kitty Moe. And we welcome Cookie's new status as Head Cat!

I will be talking about lots of different things that interest me: all things Celtic, fantasy, reading, birds, gardening, crafts (rubberstamping, xstitch, melt and pour soaps, scented crafts), my family, my pets, my job and life!I am Linda Flickinger. I'm a 52 year old "old hippie" who lives in Ohio. I have one daughter, Karen. More about her later. (I'm sure she'll get her own page, as she's my favorite subject.) My husband Gary and I have been married for 20+ years. He is a psychologist working with juvenile delinquent boys. The quiet type...and a real hero for putting up with me all these years! We also have a dog, Holly (see her picture below), whom we rescured from a local organization, Angels for Animals. There is one cat, Cookie, who, although she is black and white, is our resident "dumb blond"! There is a guinea pig, Bonnie, and a fish, Voodoo.
I work in a sheltered workshop with adults with various disabilities. I've been there for 19 years, and I love it! I work with 30 individuals, helping them with their work, their homes, benefits, etc., etc.
I have so many interests that it is difficult to talk about them all, so I'll probably give them each a page! In fact, lets go to one now!
