For Kelli
For Kelli
When you were conceived You were
such a suprise. Dad and I had not expected you. Dad had
been told he would never be able to have children. I
had alot of fun at first. I got to watch daddy go threw the
moning sickness, not me. As you grew inside I got to have
the pain, right from the beginning you had to have it
your way,if I was on my side you would kick until I
rolled over onto my back. The first time we got to see a
picture of you, you were so tiny, and the doctor thought you
were a boy. Daddy and I were so happy, that you were
healthy. The night you were born daddy swears he walked 30
miles. Then you were born, you were looking around
before you were all the way into this world, so curious.
You wanted to see everything. That night when we went
to pick up your brother, we all had to laugh at him.
He couldn't see over all of the adults so he climbed up
on the hood of the car and climbed over the top, slid down
the trunk and said "this is my baby". You grew up so fast getting into everything, but you always loved books. When you started school, I wasn't sure how you would do. But you suprised us once again, You did so well, you writing your own stories so well that you got to choose what class you wanted to read your story in. You choose your brothers class, and both of you were
so proud. You did so well in everything when it came to
reading, spelling, and helping others. This year you didn't
like your teacher at first you said he wasn't fair
because he wouldn't let you get the books that you wanted to.
But we had a talk and you said you would try to learn what
all the words meant not just what they were. That was
about one week before you were taken from us, I hope you
are still doing well in school(but we know you are
because you love the challenge. Baby mommy and daddy miss
you all so much and we are doing everything in our
power to get you home again. Until then help your
brother and sister, and take care of yourself. Love Mom and
Dad.
