POETRY TO READ AND ENJOY back to home page
Cleaning out the fridge I found,
- a block of cheese(green & moldy)
- 2 loafs of bread(stale & hard)
- a dozen dead worms( still in container)
- 3 mushrooms growing in the bottom
- a box of something or other
- 2 gallons of outdated milk
After this I think its time to start over
Going for a walk
Around in circles
Reaching for a flower
Digging a hole
Enter through the gate
N o end to the possible plants

Chrimson red
Has the pitts
Eat all you like
Reach for the biggest
Ready for me
You too!!!!

I can if I want
I can if I choose
I can if I think
I can if I try
I can not
I can too

Crimson red roses
The thorns bite really hard
But they are pretty
First delicate kiss
Upon my reddened cheek lay
To keep for myself
 TREES
PINE ELM
GREEN LEAVES EVERGREEN TALL + OLD
NESTING BIRDS IN THE GROUND MAJESTIC
OUT IN THE YARD FIGHTING SQUIRRELS IN THE FOREST
OAK SPRUCE WOOD

Feet like lead
Brain like mush
Legs like the dead
Tears like rain
Right down the drain
A
Big
Car
Drives
Everywhere
 Bouncing around the rubber room
Really don’t care about much
Bouncing around the rubber room
Chewing on my toes and such,
Bouncing around the rubber room,
Wish it hadn’t gone so wrong,
Bouncing around the rubber room
Boing!!! Boing!!! Gone!!

I lay down to sleep
A spring in the bed pricks me
I arise restless
Walking through the woods
I tripped and fell on my face
Now have sprained ankle

Bedroom
quiet, peaceful
wind whipping through window
restful and empty most of time
Quarters
