Al glaubt, sein Chef Gary (den er noch nie gesehen hat) sei tot und opfert sein Urlaubsgeld, um ihm Blumen zu kaufen. Als Al erfährt, daß Gary noch lebt, droht er mit Kündigung, wenn sein Chef nicht wenigstens einmal in den Laden kommt, um ihm zu danken.
After mistakenly thinking the shoe store owner Gary is dead, Al decides to quit the shoe business if he doesn't get some personal recognition from the boss he has never seen.
