Halloween:H2O (or Halloween: The Revenge of Laurie Strode, as it was previously titled) will arrive in theaters this fall just in time
to honor the 20th anniversary of the first film's release. Jamie Lee Curtis will return to the role that made her famous in Halloween and Halloween II, Laurie Strode. It seems Laurie has
been hiding out away from Haddonfield as part of the witness relocation program. She has a new son and a job as a schoolteacher.
Her brother Michael Myers eventually finds her, however, and the terror begins. Halloween: H2O has finished shooting and will be released this August. The film is directed by Steve Miner, who directed Friday the 13th Part 2 and Friday the 13th Part 3. Recently, he directed the Mel Gibson film Forever Young. In addition to Curtis, the cast features Adam Arkin of Chicago Hope, rapper-actor LL Cool J, Joseph-Gordon Levitt of 3rd Rock From the Sun, and Janet Leigh, Jamie Lee's mother, who will forever be remembered as Norman Bate's shower victim in Psycho. |
