We're getting pretty efficient at this. Drove around for a spell trying to find the right location for scene 6A (Loudspeaker). Ended up on UC Campus over by Memorial stadium. Perfect backdrop for it, and the sky was perfect. Asked a passerby to help with the softball toss and that worked out nicely. He is now an official production assistant.

Went over to Albany and reshot 42H. Lighting was much better today and we found a better stretch of BART track. The Albany police came by, but more out of curiosity. Everybody likes hearing about movie making.

Ended the day in the studio filming the Doppler shift equations. I think my EE professors will be proud to see me putting Maxwell's equations to good use.

Finished the shoot day shooting some clouds. They may end up in the opening credits. Hard to say. We'll have to see how they look. I completely guessed at exposure.

Tonight I need to call Sam and see if we have a confirm for next Saturday. Tomorrow morning I'll Fed-Ex overnight the film I have collecting in the refrigerator. Looks like we'll have one to two spare rolls left over after everything is shot. I did a pretty good job at guessing how much we would use.

This week I need to settle the Monaco account. I'll probably need to send Alpha Cine a check as well as I think my account will be in the red after tomorrow's shipment is processed.
