Looking at the script, and watching the films I know and love: I've far too many words. Only way I can shoot all of that would be to have too many scenes with long monologues. Finishing the script means simplifying. Editing. Cutting out. Nothing but the essentials. What can be done visually, with few cuts, do it. That's the challenge in low-budget filmmaking. It already has its own sense of visual style.
Fiat lux, umbraque.
