Tuesday, August 19, 1997 - Wild Track

Silly me. Forgot two of the most important wild tracks, Loudspeaker and "Teacher's Pet". Easiest thing to do for the loudspeaker bit is to do it with a megaphone. That way I won't have to screw around with approximating it in post. Just have to find a suitable voice.

Teacher's Pet: Should have had Sam do this last weekend. I'll need to work on my Michael impersonation again.

So, a more complete list would be:

Wild Track Needed:

• Siren (for Michael's Dream)
• Michael's apartment door opening, closing
• Elevator sounds
• Thunder (already recorded, but transfer to DAT 7 with label)
• Cornell chimes (transfer, dig up name of chime master)
• Outside cafe or restaurant ambient noise
• Loudspeaker (Scene 6)
• Teacher's Pet

The sound and digging up all necessary B roll footage will surely take the better part of this weekend.

I'll probably send the film in tomorrow and settle the bill with Alpha Cine.
