Gave the Beta Tapes to Zachary along with the DATs that have wild track etc. that still needs to be transferred. In other words, I left me heart in the Mission, which is a pretty good place to leave one's heart, I suppose.

Needed to tweak a couple of the files I'd generated to fit the editor format precisely. Mailing it didn't quite do the trick. Stupid mailing program changes Tabs to spaces. But ftp worked okay. Gotta love it.

Meanwhile I need to try to complete transposing the dub in a timely fashion. I'll work on it some more tomorrow and Sunday.

I keep thinking about some of the elements that I wanted to stress while filming but that fell by the wayside for various reasons. Specifically I ended up dropping the Wizard of Oz motif. Carol doing the Dorothy dance. Then we follow up with the scene that captures Mary's girlish mannerisms by by focusing on her shoes and feet while in conversation. One day I'd like to capture on film that tendency that young girls have of squirming in and out of their shoes. For this film's purpose I wanted to put Mary in a pair of low-heeled, glittery silver slippers which attempt in vain to restrain her hyperactive ankles, instep, toes.

We'll have to save this for the big-budget Hollywood sequel: From Out of the Blue 2: Electric Boogaloo...
