Donelly has recorded demos of 17 new songs for an album that will be released before the end of the year. She is also working with ex-Pixies drummer David Lovering who has played with Nitzer Ebb since he, Kim Deal, Black Francis and Joey Santiago went their separate ways in 1993.
BELLY have split and TANYA DONELLY is working on her first solo album, according to a terse statement issued by their record company 4AD on Friday, July 26.
