I grew up in the woods of a small town in Ontario, Canada and my walls were plastered with Belly and Throwing Muses picures. I never thought I'd ever meet the woman who i me who gave me so much inspiration, but I had the chance to talk to her on the phone
over the radio one night and after Belly broke up I had the chance to meet her in Toronto and she was a sweetheart. She is and always will be my inspiration and I'm glad I had the chance to interact with her.

Because nobody in Australia likes good music (nobody I know anyway). I'm trying to start a band, but nobody will play with me. I love Throwing Muses, The Amps and Belly but nobody has even heard of them.

I went to see Belly when they played here in Toronto in 1995. I still have great memories of that show. In between one of the songs, a guy in the crowd yelld "I love you Tanya!!". She replied "love me? you don't even know me" to which he replied "I

We went to the Oxford UK show and it was great! Tanya played all our favees (except Super-connected), but like the man says, the solo acoustic encore of 'Feed the Tree' was worth the ticket price alone!

Anyone catch the show at Irving Plaza (NYC)
on Saturday? I did... and it was definitely

ing songs that always make me cry at how breathtaking they are, but we won't have Gail,Tom and Chris. I still hope that some day they will get back together.

I got an advanced copy of Lovesongs...the album is great!!! If anyone liked King and some Muses stuff you'll probably most definetly like Lovesongs. I think the song sequence of the second half shouldve been arranged better though. Three slow songs end th
album and it isnt like Tanya to do that. I liked how on Star how Sad Dress rocked before Stay and how Lil Enio was before Judas. It was cool how they went out with a bang before the end. But yes it is a very good album.

well, in the summer i can't sleep at night
because i sleep all day. it's much
quieter at night. that's what i get for
being an introvert. :) I'm just tesing out the cool guestbook. i would never have the room for this on my page. i don't even have the capabilities of making an image map :(
