The Noe Valley Ministry is literally a Presbyterian Church located between 23rd and 24th Streets on Sanchez. You won't have any problems finding it, as its distinctive Victorian Gothic steeple stands out from the normal residential homes on Sanchez St.
On a trial run, it took about 20 minutes of driving time to get to it from Slim's. Figure on another 20 minutes to find parking.
The surrounding area is a residential one, so most likely you'll have to find parking on 24th St. or one of the other major cross streets nearby, like Noe, Castro, or Church. There's both street side parking and metered parking, which is typically free after 6 PM. (Read the posted signs so that you don't get an unexpected surprise.)
24th St., you'll quickly discover, is the business district of Noe Valley. It's a great place to hang out before the show, and perhaps, an ideal place to pick a restaurant to meet everyone at. The street has a mixture of retail stores (new/used furniture, new/used/designer clothing, etc.), restaurants and banks. Everything is within walking distance.
Walking DOWN the hill from the venue and turning RIGHT at 24th St., you'll encounter theses establishments: (They're listed in order of appearance and may be on the OTHER SIDE of the street. I didn't list every establishment, only ones of interest. There are many shops to browse!)
