Tanya at Tower Records in Boston, MA September 8, 1997

Wow, it's late. But you Belly listers are just too much fun to hang out with! It was great to see so many familiar faces tonight at Tanya's Tower Records performance here in Boston. It was indeed a full band lineup, which made for an extremely crowded stage! The place was packed too; a good sign for sales, and Tanya belted out the following songs:
Acrobat
Breathe Around You
Lantern
Bright Light
Swoon
Pretty Deep
Landspeed Song
Clipped
For those of you at the free Providence show on Thursday, Tanya was wearing those same cool burgundy velvet shoes. She told the early arrivers during the sound check that they were the most comfortable things she has. Well okay, I guess no one really cares about that, huh?
Seconds after the end of the set, Tanya was seated at a table signing her name on a zillion CD inserts. I talked to Dean for a few minutes as well, and he actually gave a date and tentative place for the upcoming Boston show that up until now I only knew was sometime in October. He said that his schedule showed them playing on October 10th at the Avalon! Not a bad gig if you ask me...I can't wait.
Well once again, I have to say to ALL the people I talked to tonight, that it was great to see you !! Whoo whoo, you people rule =)
