Worked with the manager for corporate training to develop this newly formed department at SoftMed.  Helped design the instructional model on which all training at SoftMed was based.  Adapted existing training programs to the new model and learned and developed training for all proprietary products. 

  • Trained all newly hired ChartScript Product Specialists and other SoftMed employees.
  • Delivered stand-up classroom, and individual, training on various SoftMed products.

ChartScript Product Specialist 

Worked with SoftMed clients to ensure the smooth and effective installation, customization and training of ChartScript and its auxiliary products. Supported existing SoftMed clients both on-site and remotely and assisted them in the timely and successful resolution of a range of issues. Provided consultation to clients on the most effective use of various applications to ensure optimal performance of these applications.
