The Edge (1997):
As the group is boarding the plane you can hear the engine start, but the plane's propeller in the background is motionless. In the next shot it’s turning as it should. Mike Walker found the pesky prop.
The Empire Strikes Back (1980):
Now that the special editions are out, more people are seeing it on the big screen, and more gaffes are being noticed, like this one from Wayne C. Weatherred. When Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) flies to the Degobah system and crashes into the swamp, his x-fighter is partially submerged in the muck. When he meets Yoda (v: Frank Oz), Luke has set up camp with several boxes of equipment. Yoda demonstrates the Force's power by lifting the x-wing out from where it was trapped in the swamp. When Luke leaves, he loads the equipment through a hatch underneath the x-wing. He couldn't have opened that hatch with the x-wing submerged. How did he get the equipment out in the first place?
Eraser (1996):
A slip-spotter who goes by the moniker SKARPLUG sent me this one: When John Kruger (Arnold Schwarzenegger) goes to get help from an employee in a gay bar, he begins to talk with him about "If you ever need help, you could come get me." He's wearing a sparkling green vest that disappears and reappears in different shots.
Ernest Goes to Camp (1987):
When Ernest P. Worrel (Jim Varney) battles with an oversized construction worker, he's thrown against a truck, and his trademark hat flies off and lands at his feet. In the next scene, the hat is back on his head, even though he hadn't moved.
E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982):
During the scene in the beginning of the film where the family's eating dinner, Gertie's (Drew Barrymore) hamburger goes from little piece to big piece to little piece. Brett Podwoiski spotted the misshapen meal.
Evil Dead 2 (1987):
Ash Williams (Bruce Campbell) saws off his right hand when it becomes possessed, but when he is collecting pages from the basement, he picks up a group of them with his sawed-off hand. Liam Gibbs found the mishandling.
