Father's Day (1997):

When Dale Putley (Robin Williams) and Jack Lawrence (Billy Crystal) are talking to the woman on the dock, her necklace is right side up (and has a lot of jewels on it,) then in the next shot it is magically upside down only showing the metal part, then later it is right side up again. Chris Catanzaro, Brandon Fosson, and Kirstin Hall warn that you have to look closely to see it.

Fast Times at Ridgemont High (1982):

Chris Jackson read in "Video Hound's Guide to Cult Flicks and Trash Pics" that the high school's football team had an extrordinarily long post-season. The Big Game takes place after Christmas.

Field of Dreams (1989):

Tie is disappointed to admit he found a couple gaffes in his favorite film. First, Shoeless Joe Jackson (Ray Liotta) bats right-handed in the movie. The real Shoeless Joe was a southpaw. Then, at the game at Fenway Park, you see that Ray Kinsella (Kevin Costner) is keeping score, and the game is in the third inning. Then you see the clock when the scoreboard goes haywire. The clock reads 10:32. For the game to be in the third inning at 10:32, the game would have probably started around 9:30 or 10. No game has ever started at Fenway after 8:00. As for a rain delay, they'd have called the game by that time.

Fierce Creatures (1997):

There's a scene where Vince McCain (Kevin Kline) is ranting and raving at Rollo Lee (John Cleese). At one point, he grabs Lee's tie and says, "Paisley? Are you nuts?" Hans ten Cate, the editor of Monty Python's Daily Llama, says that this was a line that Kline ad-libbed on the spot. Cleese burst into hysterical laughter at it, so the scene was reshot. In the movie, you can see a profile of Cleese starting to laugh again, but when you see his face from a different angle a split-second later, he isn't smiling at all.

The Fifth Element (1997)

Anne-Marie reports that "some guy wiith white hair" gets shoved in a fridge. Later someone opens the fridge and he's completely frozen, but near the end of the movie he is alive and well. Did someone thaw him out?

First Knight (1995)

A slip-spotter known only as "G" found two gaffes during the film’s climactic swordfight between Sir Lancelot (Richard Gere) amd Prince Malagant. When Lancelot delivers the coup-de-grace, he traps the prince's sword in a bind, then disarms him, throwing the prince's sword high in the air, before running him through and then delivering a vicious computer-enhanced backhand cut to the throat. The scene then cuts to a slow-motion repeat of the thrust, but this time the prince's sword stays in his hand, and is brushed aside by Lancelot as he runs him through.
The second slip-up comes in the next scene, where we see Lancelot standing above the dead prince, holding his sword. In the bottom of the screen we see that the sword is just the hilt and about an inch of blade! Did the sword break off at the end of the fight? This is supposed to be Excalibur! Yet it magically appears whole in next scene when Lancelot returns it to the dying King Arthur (Sean Connery).

A Fish Called Wanda (1988):

When Archie Leach (John Cleese) is stripping in preparation for sex with Wanda Gershwitz (Jamie Lee Curtis), he removes his gray underwear and begins dancing around with it on his head. When he's walked in on by the Johnson family, he covers himself with a nearby photograph and does not put his shorts back on. However, from some rear shots, you can see he's wearing underwear - and now it's navy blue.

Fled (1996):

At one point, runaway convicts Piper (Laurence Fishburne) and Dodge (Stephen Baldwin) are hiding out in Atlanta. When Dodge is about to leave to meet his girlfriend, Piper confronts him. Charles Musco noticed that Dodge’s jacket pops on and off as the camera angle changes.

Forrest Gump (1994):

When Forrest (Tom Hanks) visits Jenny (Robin Wright) in her apartment, there's an iron on an ironing board in the background. Alison Rosenstengel and Karen Munoz both noticed that the iron is lying flat, then is up on it's end without ever being touched.
Also, when Forrest is standing at Jenny's tombstone, he says that she died on a Saturday morning. The date of death on the tombstone is March 22, 1982. By my calculations, that was a Monday.

From Dusk Till Dawn (1993):

In the scene at the nudie bar at the end, Jacob Fuller (Harvey Keitel) removes his glasses. Liam Gibbs noticed that in the next camera angle, Fuller's wearing them again without having put them back on.

The Fugitive (1993):

Vinicio Perez Coto suggests that when Sykes, the one-armed man (Andreas Katsulas), calls the fire department, you take a close look at the fire truck when it arrives. It doesn't appear to have any hoses, which will make fire-figthing really challenging.

Full Metal Jacket (1987):

The opening scenes of the movie are supposed to take place on Parris Island. However, as Joseph Martin points out, road signs are visible that clearly indicate the movie was actually filmed in England.
