The Glimmerman (1996):

Richard Gray found a very obvious editing cut when James Cole (Steven Segal) fights several guys in a restaurant.

Goldfinger (1964):

Loyal Bond fan (I'm sorry, I can't resist) Elliot, John Elliot discovered several gaffes here. First of all, Oddjob (Harold Sakata) decapitates a statue with his razored hat. The hat flies right past the statue, but in the next scene, it's lying right next to the statue.
Secondly, Oddjob uses the same hat to kill Tilly Masterson (Tania Mallet), but she is not decapitated and there is no blood. So, this thing has no trouble slicing a stone statue, but can't cut through flesh?
Finally, the gold inside Fort Knox is stacked up in piles. Gold can't actually be stacked like this because it is a soft metal and would be crushed.

Goodfellas (1990):

John Lyden discovered that, when Henry (Ray Liotta) and the restaurant owner are asking Pauly Cicero (Paul Sorvino) to buy into the restaurant, Pauly's cigar performs a disappearing act. Seen from behind, Pauly has a cigar in his mouth, but when it cuts to a frontal shot of him, the cigar is gone. Then they go back to the rear shot and the cigar is back again. Voila!

Grease (1978):

Just before the "Beauty School Dropout" number, Vi (Joan Blondell) walks towards the diner's kitchen with a tray of dishes. She tries to turn out the light with her elbow and misses completely. Karen Munoz noticed that the switch remains in the 'on' position, but the lights go out anyway.
And, towards the end of the "Beauty School Dropout" number, Rizzo (Stockard Channing) breaks her lip-synch to see if the others are still in synch. Heather Mills and Aurora and Veronica Blackshire assure me that it's really easy to spot.

Grosse Pointe Blank (1997):

Jamie Hughes wrote to tell me of some gaffes he'd spotted in his favorite film:
When Martin Blank (John Cusack) talks to Debi Newberry (Minnie Driver) for the first time, Debi's necklace gets twisted up and straightened out again several times during the scene.
Watch the number of pills on the table when Martin talks to Grocer (Dan Aykroyd) at the restaraunt over breakfast.
When Martin visits Debi at her house, before he gives her an "airplane", he hangs his cap on the bedpost. He fails to take it when he leaves, but he has it in his hand as he walks out the door.
Finally, before Martin leaves for the reunion, he hangs up the phone in his hotel room so that the cord wraps around the phone from the base to the reciever on the other side. In a later shot, without being touched, the reciever is turned around and the cord is back to the other side.
