Jack (1996):
Vincent Ferrara found some things out of place when Jack Powell (Robin Williams) goes to his classroom for the first time. He goes to take his seat, and sits down in a wooden chair behind a blonde girl. When the scene cuts away and back again, he now appears to be sitting in a metal desk behind a brunette girl. When he falls over reaching for his book bag, he falls right next to a broken desk which appears whole and intact in the next scene. In fact, Jack gets up after falling and sits down in the same chair that was broken and rebreaks it.
Jagged Edge (1985):
Wayne C. Weatherred sent over an interesting tidbit: the courtroom scene was supposed to be shot over several days, but due to budget contraints, it had to be reduced to one. Because they had already done some filming with Teddy Barnes (Glenn Close) wearing different outfits for each day, her clothing mysteriously changes throughout the courtroom scene.
Jerry Maguire (1996):
Todd Elliott believes he found a case of switcheroo when Jerry (Tom Cruise) goes to Frank Cushman's (Jerry O'Connell) house to make sure he's still Cushman's agent. It seems that he arrives in an Eagle Vision, but leaves in an Pontiac Grand Prix.
Jurassic Park (1993):
As Robert Muldoon (Bob Peck), Ellie Sattler (Laura Dern), and Ian Malcolm (Jeff Goldblum) flee the T-Rex in a jeep, Muldoon glances into the driver's-side mirror. It shows the T-Rex gaining, with the warning "objects in mirror are closer than they appear". A very funny gag - but a flubbed one. Look on any car. The "objects" warning is only on the passenger side mirror.
Todd Elliott realized that things weren't what they seemed inside the genetics lab. When Alan Grant (Sam Neill) picks up the egg the velociraptor has just hatched from, a robotic arm grabs the egg and puts it down. In the next scene, it's gone. He warns that it may take a while to notice, and recommends you focus on the robotic arm to spot the gaffe.
Finally, my father noticed that Dr. Sattler has an extrordinarily long reach. When she and John Hammond (Richard Attenborough) are talking at the long dining room table, Hammond has several buckets of ice cream near him, too far away for Sattler to reach. There's a close-up of her rising just a tiny bit from her seat and getting a spoonful of ice cream. In the next shot, it's clear that the ice cream is too far away for her to reach without standing up fully and stretching across the table.
