L.A. Confidential (1997):

When Bud White (Russell Crowe) and Ed Exley (Guy Pearce) are fighting in the precinct's records office, the bulb in the desk lamp flashes brightly and then goes off, as if the bulb had burnt out. A few seconds later, it's on again without having been touched.

Lethal Weapon (1987):

At the beginning of the movie, a girl takes a fatal leap from a building and lands on a car. Brigette Venne points out that the girl's body lands half on the car's roof, and half on the windshield. In the next shot, however, her entire body is on the roof. Someone must have tampered with the crime scene.
Boy, this film certainly had problems with people jumping off of buildings. Martin Riggs (Mel Gibson) handcuffs himself to a man trying to commit suicide, in an effort to keep him from jumping. The man jumps anyway, and Riggs goes with him, still handcuffed. But when they hit bottom, the cuffs are gone. Betina M. noticed the disappearing trick, and Dave@Apollonius points out that the two men even join hands in an attempt to make the illusion work.

Liar, Liar (1997):

Fletcher Reede (Jim Carrey) is forced to tell the truth for an entire day, but Annette Charleston, Chris Catanzaro, Brandon Fosson, and Kirstin Hall all caught him in a lie. When Reede is on his knees begging his secretary Greta (Anne Haney) not to quit, she stops and asks him a question. When he replies with the truth, she begins to walk away again. He yells after her that he didn't understand the question and that she should ask him again. But he DID understand; it just wasn't the answer she wanted to hear. So he LIED when he said he did not understand her question. Guess that spell wasn't as powerful as it seemed.

The Lion King (1994):

In the stampede scene, when Mufasah (v: James Earl Jones) is clinging to the ledge, he calls out for Scar (v: Jeremy Irons) to save him by shouting, "Scar! Brother! Help me!" Right before he says "brother", you can hear the word being whispered. Was someone giving Jones a cue?

Little Rascals (1994):

When Alfalfa (Bug Hall) is singing to Darla (Brittany Ashton Holmes), she pushes his cowlick down. There's a shot of his hair down, then up, then down, then it flips back up again, and so on. A slip-spotter named Huntor flipped his wig over the gaffe.
