Vacation (1983):
Sally Waters sent me an absolutely wonderful flub: Cousin Eddie (Randy Quaid) tells Clark Grizwold (Chevy Chase) that his younger daughter was born without a tongue. Yet in the seconds before he says this, you can see the little girl sticking out her tongue and rolling it around in her mouth!
Josh Martin found a more conventional gaffe. In the scene where Ellen Grizwold (Beverly D'Angelo) is taking a shower, you can see she is wearing a pair of flesh-colored panties.
