Hi!
December 9th, 1996:
The struggle to find work continues. Since companies on both coasts are encouraging my effort and talents while work in this area seems elusive, I have decided that I need to find out whether or not I have the right stuff (or that I just wasted $50,000.00 on a fantastic college education) by making the trek out to California, perhaps I may swing through Seattle as well.
This means that I will be without internet access at least temporarily while I set out on the road to seek my destiny. I apologize in advance to anyone for any timelessness in updating these pages. I do plan to keep this personal micro website going and will continue updating it until I leave and resume development as soon as I am settled (or heaven forbid, when I return to Sioux Falls).
Interested parties will be happy to note that all of my freelance projects (though most were free for friends) have been completed well within deadlines and delivered to satisfied customers.

Currently, I am only taking on enough freelance work to survive in order to concentrate my efforts on my career hunt to secure a full time graphic web designer position. Sofar I have had several good bites.
Because a career search is so intensive, and because I am only at a temporary address until next month, I will not be accepting any new projects until October 1st, 1996. Though I will be continually updating my own site (when possible--I have so much to do), please realize that this is a necessary part of getting a graphic web designer position, providing a sample of my work.
All works currently under contract will be completed on time (as usual).
For interested parties, I charge clients $25.00 an hour for straight HTML 2 pages, $50.00 an hour for HTML 3 (Tables/Frames) pages, $50.00 flat for each GIF banner and $150.00 flat for every additional standard 25 page animation set. For more info, email dp@Bigfoot.com
