First of all, Naboo has no cloning facilities. Padmé and Amidala ARE indeed the same person, only exchanging names. The handmaid that takes Amidala's role is called Sabé. So, you can eliminate the "cloning" in Naboo. Besides, the technology is meant to be created in some othe planet (probably a moon, since Lucas has not yet finished the script. He's down to the last 30 minutes, and the place of origin for this technology has not yet been revealed).

Qui-Gon will appear as "one with the force" (just as Ben did with Luke) only this time, Qui-Gon will only advise Anakin, and not Obi-Wan.

Mace Windu will reveal that Maul was once his apprentice. Wald (Anakin's green friend) IS NOT Greedo.

Gardulla and Jabba will have significant roles in Episode II. Jabba will never know of the existance (or name) of Anakin Skywalker (remember he got asleep during the pod races).

Yaddle (the other Yoda-like creature in the Council) is female! this will be noted in Episode II.

Palpatine is not Darth Sidious. Sidious and Palpatine will become the same in Episode III, when Sidious gets killed. We will see the begining of the Clone Wars.

We will not see Naboo in Episode II until Anakin's wedding (the end of Episode II).

The Boonta Eve race will be present again in Episode II, only we won't see the race. Anakin gets to Tatooine exactly after the races. We will also learn that it did took place in Beggar's Canyon.

The Love triangle is not between Kenobi, Skywalker and Amidala. It is with Bail Organa, who will adopt Leia as a special favor to Amidala and Kenobi. Amidala is meant to re-marry Bail in Episode III, when Anakin (now Vader) kills her whithout knowing it (supposed to destroy her ship).

Contrary to popular belief, The Jedi will not pilot "Custom-made" Force-flight ships. Remember the Bounty Hunter we met during the Pod Races? She appeared in the cover of Insider. Rumors predict she is Corellian, and she will be Boba Fett.

The Mandalores (not Mandalorians, the name has been changed) will be in Episode II. Supposedly, they will be exterminated. The last armor will be Fett's (while armored, will be played by Jet Li)

There will be problems due to Palpatine's regulations. Probably, the Jedi Council will be dissolved or moved away from Coruscant. The reson: they felt Sidious' prescence at Coruscant.

Supposedly, they didn't in Episode I because Sidious was not alone (he was with Maul) which makes the Dark Side difficult to be detected.

Another rumor: we will finally meet the sewer life of Coruscant. An important deal with the Mandalores is settled down there.
