Citizenship:

To become a full Scandinavian citizen, you have to join up for a two year service in the Armed Forces.

Those living in Scandinavia are divided into seven types of citizens:

1. Nomenclature:

First Class citizens of special value to the society

2. First class:

Citizens born in Scandinavia which fulfils the base requirements for citizenship.

3. Second class:

Citizens born outside of Scandinavia but who have received a Scandinavian citizenship after fulfilling the base requirements for citizenship.

Reformed criminals formerly of the First class when released from re-education.

4. Third class:

Citizens born outside of Scandinavia but who have received a temporary citizenship after fulfilling the base requirements for citizenship.

Reformed criminals formerly of the Second class of Specific Need to the society when released from re-education.

Criminals formerly of the First class during re-education

5. Non-citizen residents:

Residents that has not fulfilled the base requirements for citizenship.

6. Visitors:

Citizens of any other country outside of Scandinavia living in Scandinavia.

7. SIN less residents:

A few unregistered residents.

Class Privileges:

Nomenclature: - Rights to candidate for the Government, rights to candidate for the parliament, rights to leave the country for an extended time, rights to vote (4 votes), rights to work in Scandinavia

First Class: - Rights to candidate for the Parliament, rights to leave the country for a period of no more than 12 months, rights to Vote (3 votes), rights to work in Scandinavia

Second Class: - Rights to leave the country for a period of no more than 6 months, rights to Vote (2 votes), rights to work in Scandinavia.

Third Class: - Rights to Vote (1 vote), rights to work in Scandinavia.

Non-citizen Residents: - Rights to work in Scandinavia.

Visitors: - May be granted rights to work in Scandinavia to be renewed every 6 months.

SIN less residents: - None
