The Navy yard was the target of a failed terrorist
attack last night. Five Snapphane Terrorists were
caught red-handed when they tried to sneak in
through the gates, to get access to one or more of
the Naval ships undergoing maintenance. They
carried explosives and firearms, and some sophisticated
computer break-in tools. The three men and
two women were taken to a SePo holding cell for further
questioning.

SePo Major Immonen said that further arrests will follow
the interrogation.
No innocent were killed or injured, and all of the
terrorists were taken alive. Security around military and
important civilian institutions have increased.

Bergen, ScanFed (RN)
The North Sea Oildrilling corporation Royal Oil
claims that the latest storm caused damages for
millions of Crowns.
The storm shook loose one of the giant oilrigs from
its anchors, and tore the drill core off the hole.
Several thousand barrels of crude oil was deposited
into the sea. The deep sea rescue vehicle belonging
to the corporation was flewn out from Bergen, and dived
down to the hole, and sealed it up with a safety valve.
The escaped crude oil was collected by the sanitation
ship that also was staying in Bergen. The platform was
also secured and towed in place. The Manager Steinfoss
told this reporter that the production will restart in
just a few days.

The Oslo Stock Exchange (Ostex) dropped 25 points
today due to the dramatic plunge of the petrochemical
shares around Europe. Worst of all was Royal Oil, as a
result of the wake of the storm last night. The
environmentalclean-up bill, as well as the fines and loss
of equipmentas well as production time, made the stock fall
to rock bottom and lost nearly 35 %. Other related industries
had hickups, up and down, but in the end settled at a minor
loss of value. Universal Nuyen and UCAS Dollars gained
someon the Scandinavian Crown. No further actions will
be taken by the Ministry of Finance.
