Please participate in my poll of tuba preferences

Here's the deal
I am curently collecting data on various tuba preferences ranging from mouthpiece size to brands of tubas. Once I have collected enough data, I will post the results on a seperate page

Here's how you can participate:
This is the simple part. Simple send an e-mail to temp0678@suu.edu. Be sure to include in your subject line something similar to "I wish to participate in your tuba poll". If you wish me to reply to an alternate address, please specify that address in the body of the message.
Then siply wait for the poll to be mailed to you. It should be within a day, maybe longer if I am busy. Simply answer all of the questions and return the poll to me, and that's it. Be sure to check back frequently to see the results of the poll!
