Queen Beryl -
Beryl is in command of the Negaverse. Long ago she was sealed in the Silver Crystal and sent to Earth. Now she wants to collect energy for the Negaforce. Later on she wants to find the Silver Crystal so she can rule the world. She is beaten by Princess Serena and the Scouts.
Jedite -
Jedite was Beryl's first general. His duty was to gather energy, however he wasn't very succesful. He was frozen in ice by Queen Beryl when he failed to kill Sailor Moon, Sailor Mars and Sailor Mercury.
Neflyte -
Beryl's second general. He uses the powers of the stars to help find energy. He poses as a millionaire named Maxfield Stanton. He falls in love with Molly, Serena's best friend, and turns good, but Zoysite has him killed.
Zoysite -
Beryl's third general. Her job was to get the 7 Rainbow Crystals to form the Silver Crystal. She did get them all, however, but she was killed by Beryl for letting Sailor Moon get the Crystal.
Malachite -
Beryl's fourth and most powerful general. His job was to steal the Crystal from Sailormoon. He was killed when his own power was reflected back at him by Sailor Moon.
Alan & Ann Mini-Series
Alan and Ann -
Alan is pretty much the leader of the two aliens. He plays a flute to summon Cardians. He falls in love with Serena. Ann is Alan's girlfriend. She usually picks which Cardian they'll use to attack. She loves Darien. Of course, neither of them want to admit it. They pose as brother and sister.

The Four Sisters
Catsy -
Catsy is the oldest of the sisters. Her attack was Ice Fire and she mimicked Sailor Mars. She was the first to be rejected from the Black Moon. Raye saw the good in her and Sailor Moon healed her.
Birdy -
Birdy loved to played chess and mimicked Sailor Mercury with her ice attack. She was healed with the help of Catsy and Sailor Mercury.
Avery -
Avery mimicked Sailor Venus, but had no power, she used a whip. She and Prisma were healed at the same time.
Prisma -
Prisma takes control of a powerful strobe to try and kill the Scouts. Her attack was with lightning and she mimicked Sailor Jupiter. She and Avery were healed at the same time.The Black Moon Family
Rubeus -
Rubeus is the leader of the Black Moon team that went to the past. He kidnaps Mercury, Venus, Mars and Jupiter, then Reeny and Sailor Moon. They manage to teleport away him and his spaceship crashes into a lake.
Emerald -
The next in line of the Black Moon Family. She lives in the future. She in very vain and carries a fan around wherever she goes. The Wiseman uses her to try and kill the Scouts, telling her she can be the Queen. She turns into a dragon and attacks the Scouts, and they kill her, not knowing it's Emerald.
Saphire -
The next in line of the Black Moon. He often objected to plans that the family made, and seemed to have powers. He was killed by the Wiseman when he found out that he was just using them. He tried to tell Diamond, but he didn't believe him. He dies my Wiseman's hands, but his upside-down Moon was gone when he died (meaning he was healed).
Prince Diamond -
Saphire's brother. He is obsessed with Neo-Queen Serenity and realizes that she and Sailor Moon are the same person. When Wiseman fires a blast of energy at Sailor Moon, he blocks it and dies in Sailor Moon's arms.
Wicked Lady -
The Wicked Lady is none other than...Reeny! Wiseman give her a potion making her older and fed her fake memories to think no one liked her, making her hate everyone. Luna-P also turns evil, having a Black Moon mark on it's forehead. Black Lady is very powerful and is healed when she remembers that everyone really does like her.
Wiseman -
Wiseman is the real leader of the Black Moon, who is planning to take over Crystal Tokyo. He is the really the Death Phantom, which is a large skeleton.
