Like Haruka, Kaioh Michiru grew up in a wealthy environment.
She is a very talented swimmer, painter and violinist, and
exceeds in school.
She met Haruka at a track meet, and expressed interest. Later, she saved Haruka from a youma as Sailorneptune, and warned her about taking the henshin pen Haruka had been offered. Haruka decided to accept the pen, and the two became a team, and later, lovers.
Of the duo, Michiru is the feminine one. She wears dresses,
and keeps her hair long. She is polite, and flirts with
men to make Haruka jealous.
As Sailorneptune, it is her duty, along with Uranus, to find
the three Talisman. Neptune has one of the three: The Deep
Aqua Mirror.
When she and Uranus were led into a trap by Eudial, Neptune
was captured and tied up. Escaping, she tried to make her
way to Uranus, but was hit with many arrows, which were
sprung by her trying to cross a bridge. When she died,
the Deep Aqua Mirror was relased from her heart crystal.
She was revived when the three Talisman were brought
together. Neptune's new duty was to find the Messiah.
She and Uranus wanted to kill Hotaru when they realized
she was Sailorsaturn, but they were stopped by Sailormoon.
They fought despiratly to stop Mistress 9 from obtaining the
Holy Grail, but she succeded, much to their dismay. Neptune
did lend her power to Sailormoon to help her in transforming
into Supersailormoon.
When the fight was over, she and Uranus challenged Sailormoon
to prove she was the Messiah, and she won. Neptune and Uranus
then returned the baby Hotaru to her father.
Michiru is later rescued from Mirror Parodies by Sailorpluto,
and is led into the battle against Nepherenia. She teams up
with Sailormars, where there is an obvious contrast. She is
captured by a Mirror Parody which holds Neptune in front of it,
blocking it's body. Neptune tells Mars to attack anyways, so
they would kill what they thought was the real Nepherenia. Mars did,
and Neptune moves out of the way in time. However, she and
Mars both collapse, and mirrors open under them and trap them
both. They are freed by Sailormoon.
Michiru appears off and on, and even plays the violin at a
Three Lights concert, much to Haruka's displeasure.
Neptune joins the battle against Galaxia, and she and Uranus, seeing the oppurtunity to destroy her, take her offer of being her servants. They use their new bracelets to kill Pluto and Saturn. They then turn on Galaxia, but it is revealed she does not have a Starseed. She then takes away the bracelets that she gave Neptune and Uranus, and they start to fade away. They struggle, and manage to touch hands before they die.
Neptune returns with the others, and her last scene is in Haruka's
car talking about wishes with the other Outers.

Michiru uses this to transform into Sailorneptune. A pillar of water surrounds her and she appeasr in her costume. She then poses.
Deep Submerge -
Sailorneptune collects streams of water, then forms them into a ball of energy that she throws at her target.
Sailormoon Sailorstars
Submarine Reflection -
This is Sailorneptune's attack with her talisman, the Deep Aqua Mirror. She aims it at her target and it fires out a blast of water. It also sees enemy weaknesses.
