But when Chibiusa becomes plauged by nightmares, Sailorpluto reveals herself to the Inner Senshi, and she teleports them into Chibiusa's dream to confront the droid haunting her mind.

When the Inners Senshi, Tuxedo Kamen and Chibiusa travel to the future, Pluto stops them and attacks, claiming that they are "intruding." She is stopped by Chibiusa, and upon realizing who they are, allows them to pass.

Pluto later on appears using the identity of Meioh Setsuna, who is the oldest Sailor Senshi. She completes the trio of Outer Senshi who are searching for the Three Talisman.

Pluto has the third Talisman, the Garnet Orb, which rests atop her Time Staff. She reveals this, and the Holy Grail is created. Later on, Pluto stops time, which is a forbidden act for her, to allow Uranus and Neptune to escape a helicoptor crash. She is assumed dead, but briefly appears to Chibiusa a while later.

Setsuna does return, taking baby Tomoe Hotaru from her father because she sensed that her power would be needed. She then saved Haruka and Michiru, and told them what she had done.

Against Nepherenia, Pluto was teamed up with Venus. She and Venus were knocked of a cliff, and left dangling on a chain Venus had created. But a Mmirror Parody snapped the chain, and Pluto and Venus fell into mirrors. She and Venus were later freed by Sailormoon.

Setsuna makes a few appearances later from that, and has a distrust for the Starlights because they are from another Galaxy.

Sailorpluto joins the battle against Galaxia with Sailorsaturn. The Outer Senshi agree that they must battle her alone, and her Time Staff is destroyed by Galaxia. She and Saturn are then killed by supposedly evil Uranus and Neptune. She appears with the other Senshi when Galaxia is defeated, and her last scene is with the other Outers in a car, talking about wishes.

Sailorpluto carries with her a key-shaped staff with her at all times. Atop it lies the third Talisman, the Garnet Orb. The staff is also used for he attacks.
