Raye Hino/Sailor Mars
Raye was the third Scout to be found. She lives at the Cherry Hill Temple with her grandfather, and later on, Chad. She often prays before a fire to see what is going on, and find out about the Negaverse. She is very bossy and starts a LOT of fights with Serena, even though she really likes her.

Sailor Mars says thiss to shoot a fireball from her hands to her enemy.
Mars Fireballs Charge
Raye, or Mars, hold up a scroll of paper, shout out the words, then sticks it onto an enemy, stopping it from moving.
Mars Firebird Strike
Mars says this to throw a bird of fire at her enemy.
Mars Star Power
Raye uses this to become Sailor Mars.
Mars shoots out triangles of fire at her target.
