 | Professor Tomoe Souichi: Professor Tomoe is the father of Tomoe Hotaru. One day while unveiling an invention to a group of other scientists and Hotaru, the machine exlpoded, killng everyone in the room, except Tomoe. As he held Hotaru's body, a daimon appeared and offered to restore Hotaru's life in exchange for his soul. Tomoe agreed, and was possessed, as was Hotaru. After that day, Tomoe was obsessed with finding the Holy Grail, and he is the one who commands the Witches 5. When Mistress 9 awakens, he serves her, but the daimon inside him leaves his body to fight Uranus and Neptune. The daimon loses, and Tomoe is restored. He later protects Mistress 9, believing she is Hotaru. However, Hotaru thinks of her father's love, among other things, and breaks free. When Hotaru is reborn, Tomoe takes her to their house to live peacefully; however, when Setsuna returns to take the baby away, she lets her go. |
 | Kaolinite: Kaolinite is Professor Tomoe's demoness assistant, and also tries to find pure hearts. She is very mean to Hotaru, and calls her names. She is seemingly killed by Sailoruranus, but later appears at the Tomoe mansion as Tmoe's maid Kaori. Later, when Mistress 9 feels she has outlived her usefulness, she kills Kaolinite. |
 | Mistress 9: Mistress 9 is the evil entity that posesses Hotaru. She is the Silent Messiah, and is brought forth when Hotaru is forced toswallow Chibiusa's heart crystal. She wants to obtain the Holy Grail so her master, Pharoh 90, can enter the Universe and bring forth the Silence (end of the world). Sailormoon gives her the Grail when Mistress 9 threatens to kill Uranus and Neptune. She brings Mater Pharoh 90 forth, and he attacked her. Weakened, Hotaru's voice slowly overcomes Mistress 9, and her love destroys the evil entity. |

However, upon arriving, he attacks Mistress 9, trying to kill her. He is destroyed by Sailorsaturn and Supersaiormoon. |
The Witches 5
Eudial: Eudial is the first if the Witches 5. Her duty is to find the talisman, and surprisingly, she does this, along with finding out who the Sailor Senshi really are. She kidnaps Neptune, and manages to get her talisman, and Uranus' when she kills herself. However, when she is escaping the Sailor Senshi in her car, she finds a note calling her 'Snail Lady' from Mimete. It turns out Mimete removed the car's brakes, and Eudial drives off a cliff.
Mimete: Mimete is the second of the Witches, and takes over after Eudal is dead. Her mission is to collect heart crystals for the Silent Messiah, and usually goes after guys that she thinks are cute. She is killed when she goes into a large TV (?), and Tellu appears and pulls the plug, which kills Mimete.
Tellu: Tellu is the third Witch. Her plan to get heart crystals was to sell plants to people that would take their crystals and drain their energy. Sailormoon, Pluto and Chibimoon confront her, but she runs away. The Senshi give chase, and Tellu unleashes many planets on them. The Senshi manage to beat them all, except for one. This planet then mutates into a larger one. Tuxedo Kamen then appears and breaks her object that is holding the crystals she has collected. When she goes after them, her giant planet attacks her. The two battle, and kill each other.
Viluy: Viluy is sent to collect heart crystal after Tellu. She is a computer simulation, with a bracelet on her arm. Her plan was to use computers to steal the crystals of the students at Mugen Gakuen. She confronts Ami, Haruka and Michiru, and Ami transforms. Viluy beats Mercury, but the other Inners arrive, and Haruka and Michiru also transform. Through a battle, Viluy's bracelet is broken, and she dies.
Cyprine & Puchirol: Cyprine is the last of the Witches 5. She takes the heart crystals of most of the students at Mugen Gakuen, and when the Inner Senshi arrive, she teleports them into her office. She is winning agaisnt the girls when Venus traps her with her chain. Then Puchirol, her twin, appears, and blasts them all. Together, the twins are extremely powerful, but the Senshi manage to make their attacks hit each other, killing them both.
