SEASON ONE:

TS101: PILOT (aka Switchman)

Written By: Paul DeMeo & Danny Bilson
Directed By: Danny Bilson
Airdate: 03/20/96
FAVORITE QUOTE: "Listen, you neo-hippie, witchdoctor punk." (Jim, to Blair, in response to Blair telling him he could be a "behavioral throwback to a pre-civilized breed of man.")
IMPORTANT DEVELOPMENT: Jim calls Blair "Chief" for the first time (in the first few minutes of their second meeting).

TS102: SIEGE
Militia members seize control of the police station after two of its men are arrested, and Blair and Simon's son are among the hostages.

FAVORITE QUOTE: "Jim, when you first told me about this guy, I was expecting an academic, not some neo-hippie flower child with time on his hands now that the Dead have broken up." (Simon, to Jim, speaking of Blair after he meets him for the first time).
IMPORTANT DEVELOPMENT: Blair's earrings (both on the left ear) first show up. He isn't wearing them in the pilot, but he does from here on out.

After multiple murders at a gang-operated drug lab, the police assume a rival gang is responsible, until the evidence begins to suggest that one of their own may be involved.
Written By: Steven Baum

IMPORTANT DEVELOPMENT: Blair moves in with Jim. Yes, this is "the one with the monkey" (although Larry was actually a Barbary ape, not a monkey).

Jim, Blair and a psychiatrist pursue a serial killer who assumes his victims' identities after murdering them. Meanwhile, Simon fears Blair may be leaking confidential information to the media.
